This is an example of how i distribute press releases to trade magazines.  Our concept is to keep them short to better fit the space requirements within their print publications without requiring the editor to whittle down the content.  This makes it easier to publish and substantially improves the likelihood of publication.
I include links to download the release in word or pdf formats with links to download the supporting artwork in their preferred formats.  The end result is a small email with immediate access to the details the editor may require.
